Liu stressed that with the rapid growth of trade between China, Mongolia and Russia, a safe, stable, efficient and large-scale logistics delivery channel has become an urgent need to be solved. At this stage, China, Mongolia and Russia are making every effort to open up international logistics channels between the three countries to meet the multilateral transit circulation of materials. In this regard, Jinzhou Port gives full play to its role as a land-sea intermodal logistics hub and location advantages, strengthens supply chain cooperation, helps build a multilateral trading system, creates a stable trade business environment, and advocates economic and trade cooperation among member countries, especially China. Mongolia-Russia economic and trade cooperation provides an end-to-end package of services and comprehensive solutions.
Later, Liu Zong introduced the basic situation of the port to the guests from all over the world, focusing on Jinzhou Port as the most convenient access to Haikou between central and eastern Russia and eastern Mongolia connecting Japan and South Korea. Together with strategic partners such as Russian Railway Company, Mongolian State-owned Railway Company and China Taicang Port, Jinzhou Port has jointly created a new logistics system and achieved phased results.
Mr. Liu said that Jinzhou Port will work with the Mongolian State-owned Railway Company and the Russian Railway Corporation to build the first China-Mongolia-Russia logistics demonstration park in China, and build a stable, interconnected, safe and efficient "Jin Port China-Mongolia-Russia integrated supply chain". To provide enterprises in various countries with resource coordination and management services, including logistics delivery services, trade integration and extension services, as well as partner introduction and market maintenance.
Mr. Liu's speech aroused a strong response from the guests. Many government departments and business representatives expressed their hope to reach a consensus on cooperation with Jinzhou Port, and deeply integrate into the "Jingang China-Mongolia-Russia Integrated Supply Chain", and more comprehensively and accurately Implement the roadmap for trade and investment cooperation proposed by the Big Tumen, and make more contributions to the economic prosperity and development of Northeast Asia.
