October 1986 

 Jinzhou Port held a groundbreaking ceremony for the start-up project.

December 1990 

 Jinzhou Port was officially opened to the outside world, becoming the 49th port in the country to open to the outside world.

September 1991 

 Jinzhou Port held the maiden voyage ceremony of oil tankers at the product berth.

January 1993 

 Jinzhou Port (Group) Co., Ltd., jointly sponsored by Jinzhou Port, Daqing Petrochemical General Plant and Jinzhou Petrochemical Company, was established.

September 1995 

 Oriental Group took a stake in Jinzhou Port.

June 1996 

 Jinzhou Port International Container Feeder Liner Transportation was officially opened, and Jinzhou Port began to carry out container business.

May 1998 

 Jinzhou Port was listed on B-shares, with a total of 111 million shares issued, raising 190 million yuan, and the stock code 900952.

December 1998 

 Jinzhou Port has obtained the ISO9002 international standard quality system certification registration certificate issued by China Classification Society Quality Certification Company.

June 1999 

 Jinzhou Port was listed on A-shares, with a total of 60 million shares issued, raising 234 million yuan, and the stock code is 600190.

December 2000 

 Jinzhou Port completed a throughput of 10.056 million tons, and the throughput exceeded 10 million tons for the first time.

August 2001 

 Jinzhou Port and China Shipping Group Corporation jointly established Jinzhou New Era Container Terminal Co., Ltd.

October 2003 

 The Liaoning Provincial Government approved the revision of the Master Plan of Jinzhou Port.

June 2004 

 At the fifth session of the board of directors of the company, Mr. Guan Guoliang served as the chairman of the company.

November 2004 

 Premier Wen Jiabao inspected Jinzhou Port.

December 2005 

 The 301B 250,000-ton large-scale oil berth was opened to oil, which was the first large-scale berth in China's port to be completed and put into operation in the same year, making Jinzhou Port the fifth port in the country with more than 250,000 tons of oil yards.

April 2006 

 The construction of the company's fund-raising building and seaside home officially started.

December 2007 

 For the first time in China, China Railway, Metro and MTR jointly achieved success in Jinzhou Port.

December 2008 

 Jinzhou Port's non-public issuance of shares to Dalian Port was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, raising 1.91 billion yuan.

July 2009 

 After bold attempts and independent research and development, Jinzhou Port has become the first port for bulk cargo electronic tally in China's port industry.

April 2010 

 Liu Jun, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the company, was awarded the title of "National Labor Model" and was received by President Hu Jintao and other leaders in the Great Hall of the People.

December 2010 

 Jinzhou Port officially received the quality, environment, occupational health and safety management system certification issued by China Classification Society Quality Certification Company (CSQA), marking that Jinzhou Port officially passed GB/T19001-2008/ISO9001:2008, GB/T24001-2004/ISO14001:2004 and GB/T28001-2001/OHSAS18001: 2001 management system certification, to achieve the port management and international standardization management.

December 2010 

 The construction of 209B and 210B container berths in our port has settled and has the conditions for trial operation.

April 2011 

 The company signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Minsheng Bank to obtain a capital limit of 2 billion yuan, aiming to provide customers with effective movable property financing business through the financing service platform jointly built by the bank and the port.

September 2011 

 The construction of the second and third groups of silos of the company has reached 360,000 tons, adding to the weight of Jinzhou Port as the largest port for grain transit in China's domestic trade.

October 2011 

 The China-Mongolia Economic Cooperation and Exchange Conference in the Eight Regions, jointly organized by Jinzhou City and Xilin Gol League and hosted by Jinzhou Port, was held in Jinzhou.

December 2011 

 The coal throughput exceeded 23 million tons, and Jinzhou Port became the "No. 1 lignite transit port in China".

August 2012 

 The company spent 110 million yuan to purchase 200 L70 bulk grain self-provided transport vehicles all arrived in the port, ending the history of no bulk grain self-provided transport vehicles in the port.

September 2013 

 The company received the China Securities Regulatory Commission Zheng Jian Xu Xu [2013] No. 1150 "Reply on Approval of the Non-public Offering of Shares by Jinzhou Port Co., Ltd.", which approved the company to issue 440,504,130 RMB ordinary shares to Tibet Haihan and Tibet Tiansheng, which will directly raise 1.453 billion yuan.

October 2013 

 The completion of the first phase of the 600,000 li oil tank farm in our port has created a precedent for the construction of our port tank farm, and it is the fastest and most complete engineering construction project in the history of our port after the completion of administrative procedures.

October 2013 

 The company successfully won the unplanned subsidy investment of 246.2 million yuan from the Ministry of Communications (Jiaohan Planning (2013) No. 268), which is the third time that the company has received the waterway construction subsidy from the Ministry of Communications, with a total of 582.5 million yuan for the three times, which not only effectively alleviates the company's financial pressure, but also is conducive to the company's future development and construction.

September 2014 

 Our port unmanned tally officially operated, and since then Jinzhou Port has become the first unmanned tally port in China.

December 2014 

 Jinzhou Port and Jingjiang Port jointly advanced into the Yangtze River, opening another "golden waterway" for China's northern grain transportation to the south. Since then, with Jinzhou Port as the axis, involving the Yangtze River, the Pearl River, and the Minjiang River, the network layout of "one point and multiple shots" grain routes across the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta has been quietly formed.

October 2015 

 Six storage tanks in the first phase of the tank farm of Jinzhou Port were put into use.

November 2015 

 The export fertilizer throughput of Jinzhou Port exceeded one million tons for the first time.

December 2015 

 Jinzhou Port Logistics Cluster was awarded the 2015 Provincial Modern Service Industry Cluster.

December 2015 

 Jinzhou Port was awarded the "Provincial Grassroots Safety Demonstration Unit".

August 2016 

 Jinzhou Port was officially approved as a crude oil bonded tank farm qualification.

September 2016 

 Jinzhou Port was awarded the "National 2014-2015 Contract-abiding and Trustworthy Enterprise".

December 2016 

 Jinzhou Port was rated as a 5A-level credit enterprise.

September 2017 

 Jinzhou Port was awarded the National Demonstration Unit of Open and Democratic Management of Factory Affairs.

October 2017 

 The container throughput of Jinzhou Port has reached 1016031 TEUs, exceeding one TEU for the first time.

November 2017 

 The "Jinzhou, China-Russia" China-Europe train will be officially opened.

December 2017 

 Jinzhou Port was approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China as a "National Designated Port for Imported Grain".

January 2018 

 The Jinzhou Port Tank Farm (Phase II) project was fully completed and put into operation.

April 2018 

 The first "Innovation Studio" in Jinzhou Port was established.

August 2018 

 Jinzhou Port has become the only designated port for the receiving and unloading of CNOOC LNG tanks in Northeast China.
